Cookies with tahini and honey
½ cup of tahini
½ cup of honey
1 cup of crushed walnuts
½ cup of raisins
1 ½ cup of oatmeal (porridge) or other cereal flakes
½ cup of drops of couverture chocolate
½ teaspoon of cinnamon
Pour into a bowl tahini, honey, walnuts, raisins and cinnamon and stir.
Then add the oats; stir and in the end add the chocolate.
In a baking dish put a baking paper. Make the cookies (estimate about 12 pieces).
Place them sparse in the pan, because the cookies stretch out with baking. Meanwhile, preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 10 minutes. Note that they do not need more baking.
When removing from the oven, cookies are very soft.
If you do not serve them, put into a glass jar.
