Bean soup



 

Ingredients

500 gr beans

2-3 carrots sliced

2-3 onions chopped

1 bunch of celery

4.3 tomatoes

½ cup of olive oil

Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Since last evening soak the beans in plenty of water.

The next day rinse them, put them in the pot with the onions and chopped carrots. Add plenty of water and boil about 1 ½ hours on low heat.

Then add the tomatoes and the chopped celery, olive oil, salt and pepper and simmer.
