Lentils soup



ΦΑΚΕΣ ΧΥΜΑ

Ingredients

1/2 kg lentils

2 onions, chopped

4 cloves of garlic, finely chopped

1/2 cup of olive oil

2 bay leaves

Salt and pepper

Vinegar

 

 Preparation

Peel and wash the lentils and put them in a pot to boil with plenty of water.

Add salt, pepper, chopped onion, garlic and bay leaves. Allow to simmer until well thickened.

Serve drizzling them with vinegar.
