Salad with rice and lentils



ΦΑΚΕΣ ΧΥΜΑ

Ingredients

3/4 cup of lentils

3/4 cup of brown rice

2 green onions chopped

Finely chopped parsley leaves

Juice of 1 large lemon

Olive oil

salt and pepper

 

Preparation

Boil the lentils until they soften. Rinse thoroughly under the faucet to cool and leave to drain.

Boil and rice and do the same as lentils.

Combine lentils and rice in a large bowl.

Add the remaining ingredients and mix well.
