Chicken with lemons
1,5 kg chicken
2 cloves of garlic
2-3 tablespoons of butter
1 cup of white wine
Chop the chicken. Squeeze the lemons and put on salt and pepper and rub them with the chicken.
Cut the garlic into pieces, pierce in several places the chicken and put the garlic in.
Heat the butter and saute the chicken.
In a bowl mix the juice of one lemon, wine and mustard, season with this chicken and simmer for about 40 minutes.
Towards the end add the rest of the lemon juice.
