BATZINA (thessalian pie with corn flour)
Ingredients (For pan 30 cm):
2 green zucchini
200 gr crumbled feta cheese
1 cup of milk tea
2 cups of corn flour
2 tablespoons of butter for the pan
3 tablespoons of olive oil
2 tablespoons of butter
2 tablespoons of corn flour for dusting
Little salt (optional)
Grate the zucchini. Squeeze well and place in a bowl. Add the milk, corn flour and salt. Mix well with a spoon and then by hand. Finally add cheese. It should be a fairly thick mixture.
Butter well a baking dish with 2 tablespoons of butter. Pour the mixture into the pan and spread. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons of corn flour, pour the oil and add the two tablespoons of butter in small pieces over the mixture.
Bake in preheated oven at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
Serve the pie warm.
