Spaghetti with lobster
200 gr linguine or spaghetti
1/4 cup of olive oil
1 clove of garlic
400 gr tomatoes (grated)
1 tablespoon of vinegar
1 pinch sugar
1 tablespoon of fresh tomato puree
1/3 cup of basil or parsley
Boil the lobster and cut it in the middle. Cover with cling film and leave it in the fridge until you prepare the other ingredients.
Saute garlic in oil, add the remaining ingredients and simmer until the sauce is ready.
Boil the pasta in salted water with a little oil to prevent sticking. Drain and serve them in a platter.
Pour the tomato sauce.
Remove the lobster from the refrigerator, put it on the grill and cook for 5 minutes to warm up.
