Snails with red sauce



ΣΑΛΙΓΚΑΡΙΑ ΣΕ ΑΛΜΗ

Ingredients for 4 people

Snails

2 medium onions

2 cloves of garlic

1 green pepper

1 can chopped tomatoes or 2 fresh

2 bay leaves

Olive oil, salt, pepper

 

Preparation

Let snails boil for 30 minutes and strain.

Chop and sauté the onions, garlic and peppers.

Add the snails and stir 2-3 times.

Then add the tomatoes, bay leaves, salt and pepper. Let it boil well so that the sauce thickens.
