Ingredients (for 4 people)
500 gr noodles with saffron
1 kg beef
2 leeks, sliced
1 onion chopped
2 carrots cut into rings
2 sprigs of celery, with their leaves
2 tablespoon of olive oil
1 bay leaf
Salt and freshly ground pepper
Boil the meat in plenty of salted water, and from time to time remove the foam created, with a spoon.
When the meat starts to soften, add the onion, leeks, carrots, celery and bay leaf.
Since the meat is ready, add the olive oil, salt, pepper and noodles.
Finally add the lemon juice and serve.
