Garlic sause



ΞΙΔΙ ΛΕΥΚΟ

Ingredients  

4 cup of bread crumbs

1 clove of garlic

2.3 cup of olive oil

½ cup of vinegar

Salt

 

Preparation

Soak the bread in water and squeeze well.

Peel the garlic and crush in a mortar with a little oil.

Add some bread and stir the mixture until it starts tightening.

Pour the remaining olive oil, salt and vinegar, slowly and stir until it is smooth as a cream.

Garnish with parsley and olives.
