1 ½ kg potatoes
1 green pepper
1 cup of olive oil
2 tablespoons of mustard
Salt – pepper
Boil the potatoes in plenty of salted water. When they boil, drain and cool and then cut them pieces into the bowl that will serve your potato salad.
Chop the onions, green pepper and olives and mix with the potatoes.
In a shaker, add the oil, vinegar, mustard, salt and pepper and stir it as well, making sure to mix evenly.
Refrigerate for at least half an hour before serving.
