Rusks with feta cheese



ΚΑΡΑΒΑΣ ΟΛΙΚΗΣ

Ingredients

Wholemeal rusks

100 gr soft feta cheese

Oil

Thyme

Oregano

Pepper

Savory

For the garnish: Red pepper, Cherry tomatoes, Some lettuce leaves

 

Preparation

Mash with a fork all the ingredients and cover the rusks.

Lay the lettuce leaves and put on rusks.

Put on each rusk pepper and half a cherry tomato in the center.
