Rusks with smoked salmon



ΚΑΠΑΡΗ

Ingredients

15-20 rusks

250 gr smoked salmon

Cream cheese

Dill

Capers

Few drops of lemon juice

 

Preparation

Put the capers at some cold milk to remove salt for 5 minutes. Drain well and dry it on absorbent paper.

Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and brush the rusks. Cut the salmon into small strips and place over cream cheese. Garnish with capers and finish with some dill.
