Tzatziki



ΞΙΔΙ ΛΕΥΚΟ

Ingredients

½ kg yoghurt

1 cucumber grated and drained

6 cloves of garlic

Vinegar

Olive oil

Salt

 

Preparation

Rub and drain well the cucumber. In a bowl, add the yogurt, garlic, salt, vinegar, dill, olive oil and cucumber.

Mix well, to homogenize the ingredients. Put the tzatziki in the fridge and serve it after cooling.
