Soup with yogurt



ΜΑΚΑΡΟΝΑΚΙ ΚΟΦΤΟ

Ingredients

1 kg bulk yogurt

500 gr ditalini

2 handfuls of grated dried mint

1/2 glass of water oil

1/2 wine glass of water

salt-pepper

 

Preparation

Boil ditalini in salted water for about 6-7 minutes.

Then stir yogurt with water to dilute.

In a frying pan to burn the oil with mint.

Pour yogurt into the pot with the pasta, add a little pepper and mix well.

When the oil is hot pour into the saucepan and stir.
