Tortillas with tuna
Ingredients (for about 25 bites)
1 tin of tuna
1.5 tablespoon of mayonnaise ala Pandespani or strained yogurt or mascarpone
4 Kokkari (bulbs) or 1 tablespoon of onion, finely chopped
Three olives without pits, chopped
3 to 4 tablespoon of chopped parsley and sprigs
2 tablespoon of lemon juice
1/2 tomato deseeded finely chopped, not grated
2 Mexican pies (Tortillas)
Put the tuna in a bowl and dissolve into small pieces with a fork. Add all the remaining ingredients and mix well. Add salt and pepper.
Spread half the mixture into each tortilla and wrap tightly. Remove the tips of about one centimeter to a shape like a normal tube. Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap and put it horizontally in the refrigerator all night.
Serving: remove the cling film and cut vertically with a sharp knife into slices thickness of 1 cm.
Preparation: prepare necessarily the day before, in order to stay at least one night in the refrigerator.
