Peanut butter - Tahini - Halva
The sesame paste is an oily cream derived from the grinding sesame. It is a powerful ally in maintaining good health with very important nutrients that contribute to well-being and longevity.

Halva, is very popular at the Balkans, in several countries in Europe and the Middle East and can be eaten as a snack or dessert. It fits with fasting and is considered as traditional and necessary during Lent, while being highly nutritious, tasty and beneficial for the body.
It is rich in B complex vitamins, vitamin E, calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, zinc, selenium and antioxidants. Furthermore, the combination of its ingredients, sesame and sugars, impart high energy content. The first halva was made of dates and milk and named “HAL” from the Arabic word sweet.
