Cake with jam
240 ml oil
220 gr sugar
100 gr fine semolina
120 gr flour
2 teaspoons of baking powder
300 gr walnuts grated in powder form
Zest of one large orange
1/2 teaspoons of nutmeg
1 cup (250 ml) of hot water
Put all ingredients in a bowl (excluding water) beat in the mixer and add, while beating, the water.
Pour into cake form, spread with oil, and sprinkle with semolina.
Bake immediately in preheated oven at 200 degrees C.
It requires about one hour of baking. Let it cool and cover it with jam.
