Cake with walnuts and tahini



2 1/2 cups of flour

1 cup of sugar

2 cups of tahini

1/2 cup of blonde raisins

1/2 cup of chopped walnuts

1 cup of lukewarm water

1 tablespoon of orange zest

1/2 cup of orange juice

2 teaspoons of baking soda

1 tablespoon of cinnamon

Powdered sugar



Add the tahini in a bowl and dissolved in lukewarm water. Add sugar and stir. Wash, wipe and flour the raisins. Add flour, nuts, cinnamon, zest and orange juice in which you have dissolved baking soda.

Stir well to mix all the ingredients and pour the mixture into oiled mold. Bake in moderate oven for about 1 hour. When cooked, sprinkle the cake with powdered sugar.
