Chickpeas meatballs



½ kg chickpeas

2-3 grated onions

Mint chopped

1-2 cups of flour

Salt – Pepper – Water



Soak the chickpeas the night before in plenty of water.

Drain the chickpeas and mash until they are crumbs.

Then put the onion, mint, salt, pepper and mix well.

Pour the flour and water and stir to make a thick mass.

Take a tablespoon of the mixture and pour in hot oil.

Once browned on one side, turn from the other.

Drain on absorbent kitchen paper and serve.
