Meat with black eyed beans
1 and 1/2 kg meat goat
500 gr black-eyed beans
1 large onion
1 cup olive oil
Salt – pepper
Put the meat portions with salt and pepper in the pot.
Add onion, tomato and olive oil.
Pour water and boil.
Boil the black-eyed beans separately in another pot.
When the meat is ready, drain the black-eyed beans and add them in the pot with the meat.
Let it steaming and it is ready.
