600 gr minced meat beef or mixed (pork with beef)

2 cloves of garlic, grated on grater

1 cup breadcrumbs

2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil

5 tablespoons of red wine

1 teaspoon of cumin

Salt and pepper



1 glass of tomato sauce concentrated

1 large fresh tomato grated or cut into small pieces

1 cup of water

¼ cup of red wine

¼ cup of olive oil

1 onion, grated on grater

1 teaspoon of sugar

½ teaspoon of cinnamon

1 bay leaf

Salt and pepper



Put all ingredients in a bowl to make the meatballs. Knead for about 10 minutes, should be fluffy. Take quantities of the fermented minced meat and mold oblong meatballs.

Place on lightly greased baking pan or Pyrex and bake for 35 minutes at about 180 degrees.

While you cook the meatballs, prepare the sauce. Pour into a saucepan the oil and when it is warm, add the onion. Deglaze with wine and then add all remaining ingredients. Boil the sauce over low heat for 10-15 minutes.

Pour the sauce into the pan with the meatballs and bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
