Lasagna with spinach and pine nuts
Salt and pepper
Little spicy mustard
Boil the pasta with a little salt, as always. Meanwhile, in a pan, put some olive oil and lightly saute the chopped onion and pine nuts. Add the spinach leaves, salt, pepper and garlic powder, stir lightly and turn off the heat.
Add mustard and the cooked pasta (after being strained). Mix again slightly and serve hot with a little freshly grated pepper.
