Pasta pie uncovered


Ingredients (for 4 people)

7 crust pastry

1 cup of melted butter

400 gr lasagna

6 eggs

1 cup of fresh milk

150 ml cream

400 gr cheese grated

400 gr crumbled feta cheese

180 gr chopped ham (optional)

Salt and freshly ground pepper



Boil pasta 1 ‘- 2′ less than that indicates the package and drain well. Beat eggs with milk and fresh cream and a little salt and pepper and mix with cheese, ham (optional) and pasta.

Spread on a large baking pan 6 crust pastry to cover the bottom and sides, brushing with butter. Spread the mixture and fold inward the crust pastry.

Crease the last crust, cut into small pieces and place irregularly on the surface of the pie. Drizzle with the remaining butter and bake at 180o-200oC.
