Octopus with pasta



1 kg octopus

500 gr ditalini

2 onions

2-3 tomatoes

1 glass of white wine

½ cup of olive oil

Salt and pepper



Boil the octopus in a pot with a glass of water. Take it out, we keep the broth and when it gets cool, cut into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion, add the octopus and saute in the oil until it becomes golden. Add the broth you boiled octopus, chopped tomatoes, salt, pepper and 5-6 cups of water. Once it starts to boil, add the pasta, stirring at first to prevent sticking.
