Stew octopus



1 1/2 kg octopus

1 kg onions for stew

2-33 cloves of garlic

3 to 4 tomatoes

1/2 cup of olive oil

1/2 cup of vinegar

4-5 bay leaves


Salt and pepper



Clean and wash the octopus. Cut into large pieces.

In a saucepan heat the oil and add the octopus with onion and garlic. Mix well until wilted.

Pour vinegar.

Chop tomatoes; add two cups of water, all the remaining ingredients and cook about half an hour.
