Popping fried snails “boubourista”


Ingredients for 4 people

1 kg snails with shell

1 glass of red wine

1/2 cup of all-purposes flour

1 cup of olive oil

Salt, pepper, rosemary



Wash, drain pat dry the snails. Salt the snails, put them into flour and fry them for 3 minutes in a frying pan with the open side down.

Sprinkle the rosemary, salt, pepper and mix them once.

After 2 minutes add the glass of red wine.

When the wine evaporates, they are ready to be served.
