Snail stew


Ingredients for 4 people

1 package of snails

2 medium onions

2 garlic cloves

1 green pepper

2 fresh tomatoes

2 laurel leaves

Olive oil, salt, pepper



Strain and rinse the boiled snails. Boil the snails for 30 minutes in a large soup pot with water.

Chop the onions, the garlic and the pepper and add them into a frying pot.

Add the snails and mix all the ingredients 2-3 times.

Add the tomatoes, the laurel leaves, salt, pepper.

Let it boil until the tomato sauce is thickened and serve.
