2 cups of flour

2 teaspoons of baking powder

1 cup of milk

2 eggs

Olive oil



Mix all the ingredients and beat well until it becomes a thick mixture. Put oil in pan. When it gets warm pour the mixture into the oil using a spoon. When the pancakes are browned from the one side, and turn from other. Once they have golden color, remove from the pan and place on a plate, on which you have previously put absorbent kitchen paper. Serve with honey or molasses.
