Beef with lasagna
1 kg beef
500 gr noodles
¾ cup of brown butter
2-3 ripe tomatoes, grated
Salt and pepper
Wash the beef and add salt and pepper.
Add the butter to burn and saute well.
Since browned, add the grated tomatoes, salt, pepper and two cups of hot water.
Allow to boil until sauce thickens.
Then boil in a saucepan 5 glasses of water with some salt for 6-8 minutes.
Drain and serve hot, adding cheese and sauce.
